Ricky began his academic and athletic journey in 2019 at Randolph-Macon College, where he pursued a degree in Economics while competing as a member of the baseball team. In 2021, he transferred to the University of Delaware to continue his studies, graduating in the fall of 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Ricky's relationship with MidAtlantic Retirement Planning Specialists (MARPS) began in the summer of 2023, when he joined the firm as an intern. His drive, attention to detail, and strong analytical foundation quickly distinguished him as a standout contributor. Upon completing his degree, Ricky transitioned to a full-time role with the MARPS team — a natural progression that reflects both his dedication to the field and the firm's confidence in his potential.

Ricky is on a clear trajectory toward a lead advisor role, bringing a distinctive combination of economic expertise and a data-driven mindset that adds a fresh dimension to the team's approach to retirement planning. His background in competitive athletics has instilled a strong sense of discipline, resilience, and collaborative thinking — qualities that translate seamlessly into delivering exceptional client outcomes. Ricky's ability to synthesize complex financial concepts and communicate them clearly makes him an invaluable resource for clients navigating retirement strategies.

Outside of the office, Ricky gives back to his community as an assistant baseball coach at Saint Mark's High School, demonstrating a commitment to mentorship that mirrors his professional ethos. A Delaware native, Ricky resides in Newark and enjoys time at the shore.
