Maddie began her career at MidAtlantic Retirement Planning Specialists as an intern in fall 2024 before joining the team full-time in 2025 following her graduation from the University of Delaware, where she earned a B.S. in Financial Planning and Wealth Management.

Maddie currently serves as Director of Client Services, a role in which she is dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for every client she works with. She is committed to continuous growth and professional development, with a long-term aspiration of becoming a financial advisor. Maddie takes pride in building meaningful, trusted relationships with clients and views every interaction as an opportunity to learn and better serve those working toward long-term financial security.

Outside the office, Maddie enjoys spending time at the beach, exploring new recipes in the kitchen, and cheering on her Philadelphia sports teams.
